Anti-Bullying

It is important that we create the right environment for all teams to achieve their best, together. The following documents are available to help reinforce the expected behaviours/standards of all Children and Adults involved in the game here at Gildersome Spurs. The below resources can support getting a consistent message across to all involved proactively.

Hint for Coaches - Dont forget to also contact the coaches of the older age groups as there is a high chance they have been through some of the challenges you may encounter!

Coaches Guide

This guide has some of the fundamentals you need to know to run your team here at Gildersome Spurs JFC. Always remember there are a number of committee members and coaches from other age groups that can support you if you are struggling with something.

Safeguarding Support

The Safety of all our players is at the heart of everything we do. In addition to the mandatory taken by all of our Managers, Coaches and Parent helpers, the following documentation is here to provide guidance and support for all involved - should they be concerned.

Accident Form

Accidents happen - and when they do, we must record what has happened and the actions taken. Use this form as soon as you can after an incident before you forget! Keep it safe should we need to refer to it in the future.
